DELIVERY:
Photographs will always be delivered in Pigment-print printing and will be sent rolled up in a tube.
The cost of this shipment to the peninsula is free of charge. For the islands and abroad, request a price by mail.
For other finishes (Metal, PVC, or Methacrylate), it will be added to the order itself and appears on the purchase order. For the islands and abroad, request a price by mail.
The photographs acquired are delivered within approximately 15 business days, by courier service at the address that the buyer had indicated on the purchase form.
The delay may be due to the following reasons:
1. Personalization of the products;
2. Specialized articles;
3. Unforeseen circumstances;
4. Delivery area;
If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance by establishing a new delivery date.
Shipping and Transport:
The shipping costs are added to the cost of the image for all of Spain peninsular, except in the orders in which supports or specific frames are requested, in which case the buyer will be informed of the amount.
Also, any purchase made from abroad will have to add the additional cost of postage, which will be made known to the buyer, once we receive orders through the mail.
In both cases, and before making the shipment must have made the corresponding income through the means of payment that are accepted.
Once we have prepared the image, we will inform you by email that it is ready and that the paperwork for sending it begins.
Fotografiasparadecorar.com offers a complete transport service for the products purchased. For this, solvent companies are used in the sector.
If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we kindly ask you to contact us to arrange delivery on another day. Post boxes are not allowed.
Loss or damage during transport:
The loss and / or damage of a requested product will be the responsibility of Fotografiasparadecorar.com. The buyer is responsible for verifying the photographs received. In case of possible damage, the buyer must notify Fotografiasparadecorar.com within 3 business days following the date of receipt of the product, by email to info@fotografiasparadecorar.com.
After receiving the damage notification, fotografiasparadecorar.com will give instructions to the buyer for the possible return of the goods in their original packaging. Once our staff checks the damages caused, fotografiasparadecorar.com undertakes to repeat the order, without charge to the customer and send it back within the established deadlines.

The risks of subsequent damage to our products will be at your charge from the moment of delivery and not receiving the corresponding notification within the established deadlines.
Delivery address:
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all the data of the indicated delivery address. The wrong delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer, and may result in additional costs.
